        This study of the Levitical Offerings is one of the most powerful we believe we have ever embarked upon since Spirit Journals went online nearly five years ago. During the past 12 or so months, the Lord has helped us better understand our salvation through a series of events, most importantly, by giving us deeper revelation into what He accomplished for us at Calvary. This study will help you understand that work as well. The death of our Lord was in the mind of God before the foundation of the world. Christ, not crucified, could have never saved a single soul. All His miracles, as grand as they were, could not afford man's redemption. His virgin Birth, though important and an eternal moment in heaven's calendar, could not in itself afford man's redemption. Man had to be redeemed by blood. God could not "speak" man into reconciliation again with Him, there had to be a price for sin. Our Lord paid that price some 2,000 years ago and oh' what a price it was. When we stop depending on this same sacrifice we backslide. Many well meaning but misled believers will try and tell you that we as the Body of Christ need to go "beyond the Cross," because the Lord sent back the Holy Ghost and we are in the age of the Spirit. While there may be a very very small element of truth in that statement, the sad fact is that when we look to the Holy Ghost as the source, we place on Him something He Himself refuses to receive - and that is glory for our redemption. The Holy Spirit came to point us back to Christ (John 14:23, John 16:7-11). The Holy Spirit only works in accordance with our faith in the cross of Christ. He will not work under any other parameters. That is an entire study another time, another place (but one we are working on as we write this). These offerings hold tremendous truths in them that will help you as a believer understand what the Lord has DONE for us and is DOING for us through His atonement. We can never "go beyond" the cross. Paul, the Apostle, said that he was DETERMINED to know NOTHING BUT the cross of Christ. In other words, Paul didn't feel he could ever "go beyond the cross." He warned us that in the last days that seducing sprits and doctrines of devils would sway millions into a false grace and ultimately an apostasy from which would spring the end-time rise of the Antichrist. Neighbor, the spirit of that is at work already and is getting more and more pronounced as we near the end and get closer to the rapture. I admonish you in the Lord Jesus to get grounded in the Word of God like never before. Keep your EYES on Jesus, the AUTHOR and the FINISHER of our faith. The same Lord that saved you, that baptized you in the Holy Spirit, is the same Lord that wants to set you free today from all sin and weakness in your flesh.

        I pray this study will encourage you as it has me. Some of you who have stumbled upon this site may not be born again and know the Lord Jesus of Whom I speak. Neighbor, He loves you so much and so desires to ravish your heart today with His love and grace. His Grace however is not cheap or is it given to the rebellious or unrepentant. While He will always love you, His love and grace are given to you to be saved before it is eternally too late. As the Apostle said, "know ye not that the GOODNESS of God leads us to repentance?" Accept that Goodness today friend. He is not here to condemn you and neither are we. I Do pray though that the Holy Spirit, the High Sheriff of heaven, will corral and convict your heart as you study these lessons. Feel free to cut and past them and use them for individual Bible studies. Believe me we don't care!!!!!!! Freely we have received, freely take! God help those who are so worried someone is going to use their material and take credit for it. PLEASE TAKE ALL THE CREDIT YOU WANT......we don't care.....!
