The March Of The Wounded HealersThe Army

The army destined to gather in the last day's harvest before Jesus comes is not an army of perfect people. Instead it is an army of people who have been wounded, hurt, broken and crushed yet who have been healed of their scars and have been given authority for healing in the areas of their hurt. This army is an army of wounded healers.  The army of the last days will not be filled with people who have been wounded and turned bitter. They may have been wounded but they will have turned their bitterness into the love of the Father and become a lethal enemy to the Devil's strategy of hurt and anguish in these last days before Jesus comes.

TEXT: Eph 2:16 - And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:

Col 1:20-21 - And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled

The precious blood of the Lord Jesus has bought the power or ministry of reconciliation and restoration taking place in the Body of Christ today. It was the way of the Old Covenant or economy of God and it is the way of God through the New Covenant. The only difference is that under the Old Covenant they shed the blood of innocent lambs. Today we appropriate the BLOOD OF THE LAMB, the Lord Jesus Christ! Glory. The blood of Jesus is able to cover our wounds and heal our hurts. Love truly covers a multitude of sins.  The army of wounded healers who are coming in these last days will recognize they are in this great army of the Lord not because they have done anything special or great, but because the Lord Jesus shed His precious blood in their lives. The power of the blood is able to break ANY BONDAGE of hell the Devil wants to send our way.

Lev 8:15 - And he slew it; and Moses took the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about with his finger, and purified the altar, and poured the blood at the bottom of the altar, and sanctified it, to make reconciliation upon it.

2 Chr 29:24 - And the priests killed them, and they made reconciliation with their blood upon the altar, to make an atonement for all Israel: for the king commanded that the burnt offering and the sin offering should be made for all Israel.

The Kind of People God is Enlisting In His Army

Isa 57:15-19 - For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabited eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones. For I will not contend for ever, neither will I be always wroth: for the spirit should fail before me, and the souls which I have made. For the iniquity of his covetousness was I wroth, and smote him: I hid me, and was wroth, and he went on forwardly in the way of his heart. I have seen his ways, and will heal him: I will lead him also, and restore comforts unto him and to his mourners. I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the LORD; and I will heal him.

Humility will be a major emotion and state of mind of those who will march in the last days army of the Lord. Prideful people and arrogant people will miss God’s purposes and plans. Wounded people are usually the most humble people to be around. Humble people very seldom judge others because they recognize they were also wounded at one time and in some cases still are. The Lord resists the proud, but giveth GRACE to the humble. It is only in our refusal or pride to admit we are hurt or wounded that we miss the healing that the Lord Jesus wants so desperately to give us.

The Bible says that the Lord knows the humble, but the FROWARD, or prideful, He knoweth AFAR OFF. Most people think the Lord has nothing to do with the immoral, but in actuality that’s the type of people Jesus hung out with the most and had NOTHING bad to say to. The woman at the well, the one caught in adultery, the demoniac at Gadara, the man born blind in whom everyone thought had sinned to cause the sickness were a few examples. Jesus had nothing bad to say to them. In contrast, He had nothing GOOD to say to the religious of His day. Lawyers came tempting Him one day and said, Lord Jesus, we hear what you’re saying about the Pharisees and Scribes. We’re glad you didn’t say those things about us. Jesus turned to them and said, "actually I was speaking of you too. You compass sea and land to make one proselyte and make them the two-fold more child of hell than you." That was NOT great witnessing etiquette.

The army of the wounded healers will be people who recognize the purposes of the Son of God and the humility of His character and nature. They will embrace that humility and not be arrogant and proud. They will see the glory of the Lord Jesus manifested in them, through them and to them.

James 4:6 - But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisted the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.

James 4:10 - Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

1 Pet 5:5 - Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisted the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he cares for you.

2 Cor 12:21 - And lest, when I come again, my God will humble me among you, and that I shall bewail many which have sinned already, and have not repented of the uncleanness and fornication and lasciviousness which they have committed.

Prov 16:19 - Better it is to be of an humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud.

Ps 10:17-18 - LORD, thou hast heard the desire of the humble: thou wilt prepare their heart, thou wilt cause thine ear to hear: To judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that the man of the earth may no more oppress.

Job 22:29-30 - When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person. He shall deliver the island of the innocent: and it is delivered by the pureness of thine hands.

Acts 20:19-28 - Serving the Lord with all humility of mind, and with many tears, and temptations, which befell me by the lying in wait of the Jews:

20         And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publickly, and from house to house,

21         Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.

22         And now, behold, I go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there:

23         Save that the Holy Ghost witnesseth in every city, saying that bonds and afflictions abide me.

24         But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.

25         And now, behold, I know that ye all, among whom I have gone preaching the kingdom of God, shall see my face no more.

26         Wherefore I take you to record this day, that I am pure from the blood of all men.

27         For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.

28         Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

Prov 15:33 - The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility.

Prov 18:12 - Before destruction the heart of man is haughty, and before honour is humility.

Ps 18:34-38 - He teaches my hands to war, so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms. Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy right hand hath holden me up, and thy gentleness hath made me great. Thou hast enlarged my steps under me, that my feet did not slip. I have pursued mine enemies, and overtaken them: neither did I turn again till they were consumed. I have wounded them that they were not able to rise: they are fallen under my feet.

Ps 144:1 - Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight:

Prov 8:13 - The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.

Ps 138:6 - Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.

The Plans of God are Born in A Stable

Luke 2:17-40 - But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart. And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them. And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb. And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against; (Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed. And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of a great age, and had lived with an husband seven years from her virginity; And she was a widow of about fourscore and four years, which departed not from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day. And she coming in that instant gave thanks likewise unto the Lord, and spake of him to all them that looked for redemption in Jerusalem. And when they had performed all things according to the law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own city Nazareth.

The story in Luke is preached often behind pulpits at Christmas time with little knowledge of the real story behind the birth of Jesus. Interestingly enough, not one religious person in Christ’s day ever made it to the stable. Instead the Lord revealed the fact Jesus was born to four interesting groups of people that speaks VOLUMES to the type of people the Lord reveals His glory to:

·        Lowly shepherds

·        Pagan astrologers

·        An 88-year old man, Simeon, about to die who had waited all his life to see the Messiah

·        An widow of 84 years, Anna, who looked for redemption in Jerusalem

The question must be asked, "where were the scribes and Pharisees" at this time? Where were the religious hierarchy when Jesus was born. If pagan astrologers seen His star and recognized that Jesus was born, how could the Bible studying people of Jerusalem not know He was born? The same reason we don’t recognize Him today – PRIDE and ARROGANCE. The Lord will come to us often times in ways that makes it easy to reject Him. He wants to reveal Himself to the HUMBLE in heart and spirit who have not let religious pride blind them to the fact that He is their salvation. Just as Solomon hid himself from the Shulamite, so does the Lord Jesus hide himself to us many times so we may recognize Him with our hearts and NOT OUR EYES. The Shulamite recognized Solomon’s voice when he revealed Himself to her. So do the sheep of the Lord Jesus recognize HIM when He speaks to them and no other voice will they listen to.

Song 1:3 - Because of the savour of thy good ointments thy name is as ointment poured forth, therefore do the virgins love thee.

Song 2:8-17 - The voice of my beloved! behold, he cometh leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills. My beloved is like a roe or a young hart: behold, he standeth behind our wall, he looketh forth at the windows, shewing himself through the lattice. My beloved spake, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away. For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone; The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land; The fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away. O my dove, that art in the clefts of the rock, in the secret places of the stairs, let me see thy countenance, let me hear thy voice; for sweet is thy voice, and thy countenance is comely. Take us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines: for our vines have tender grapes. My beloved is mine, and I am his: he feedeth among the lilies. Until the day break, and the shadows flee away, turn, my beloved, and be thou like a roe or a young hart upon the mountains of Bether.

The Shulamite woman didn’t see Solomon, but she heard his voice. It was as ointment poured forth upon her ears. He speaks to her and says, "the winter is past, the rain is gone, the time of the singing of the birds is come and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land." The Lord Jesus is speaking those same words to us if we will but listen to Him. Sadly, many don’t recognize His voice because they don’t KNOW HIM. For those who know the Shepherd, even if He is speaking from behind the wall or looking from a window lattice, WE WILL HEAR HIS LOVE SONG TO US that says, "I will come and HEAL YOU!"

Blow the Trumpet in Zion – The Army of the Wounded Healers is COMING!

Ps 68:7-13 - O God, when thou went forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness; Selah: The earth shook, the heavens also dropped at the presence of God: even Sinai itself was moved at the presence of God, the God of Israel. Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, whereby thou didst confirm thine inheritance, when it was weary. Thy congregation hath dwelt therein: thou, O God, hast prepared of thy goodness for the poor. The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it. Kings of armies did flee apace: and she that tarried at home divided the spoil. Though ye have lien among the pots, yet shall ye be as the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold.

David prophesied of a great company that published the word of God that the Lord gave Himself – that’s us! He said that though we were lean among the pots, or hurting and wounded, we shall be as the wings of a dove covered with silver. That dove speaks of the Holy Spirit and silver speaks of redemption. Feathers of yellow gold speak of heaven. The Lord is about to pour out His Spirit upon the church and redeem us from our hurts and wounds just like He did when He redeemed us from our sins and iniquities when we got saved.

Joel 2:1-11 - Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand; A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations. A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them. The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.   Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array. Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness. They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks: Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded. They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief. The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining: And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

Joel 2:18-32 - Then will the LORD be jealous for his land, and pity his people.   Yea, the LORD will answer and say unto his people, Behold, I will send you corn, and wine, and oil, and ye shall be satisfied therewith: and I will no more make you a reproach among the heathen: But I will remove far off from you the northern army, and will drive him into a land barren and desolate, with his face toward the east sea, and his hinder part toward the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up, and his ill savour shall come up, because he hath done great things. Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great things. Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength. Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month. And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil.   And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed. And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed. And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit. And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.

Joel saw a last days army – a group of people marching on orders only from heaven. A group of wounded healers who would will bring healing to those around them. The march of the wounded healers is soon to take place. An army is being mobilized as we speak. The banner over this army will be love and the power of this army will be the Holy Spirit.

·        A day of darkness and of gloominess – We are living in a dark hour, but the Lord Jesus Christ has an army of soldiers – wounded healers – coming with deliverance in their songs and healing in their hands.

·        A great people and a strong – That is speaking of the church in the time we are in now. This is the harvest generation and the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ will be given to us more – not because we are any more important but because much more will be required of us. To whom much is given, MUCH will be required.

·        There hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it – This is the greatest time in human history we could ever be living. The Lord is about to pour out His spirit.

·        A strong people set in battle array – This speaks of an army. The Lord is raising an army and we’re about to plunder the devil’s kingdom of people who he has hurt and wounded with malice, bitterness, unforgiveness, rejection, shame and humiliation.

·        They shall run like mighty men – The people in this army will not look like much on the outside, but in God’s eyes, they will be MIGHTY MEN, just as the men were who supported David when he was running from King Saul and wound up hiding in a cave.

·        They shall march everyone on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks – These will be people who are full of the Holy Ghost and know how to submit themselves to authority. In addition, they will know their calling and will not seek to infringe upon another’s calling. They will not be fearful to walk in this calling. They will have been delivered from the shame of their past and recognize that the callings and gifts of God are without repentance.

·        Neither shall one thrust another – Wounded healers are people who don’t judge or criticize others who have been wounded themselves. They have been set free from the spirit of faultfinding and judgment. They won’t thrust upon another. They will encourage and build up, not tear down because they are wounded.

·        They shall walk every one in his path – They will be committed to hearing from God themselves and not worry about who gets the glory for what is being done. They will ONLY seek the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ.

·        When they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded – The area of hurt and wounds that the enemy inflicts upon them will be an area that they will be healed of and the enemy will no longer be able to inflict hurt in that area. They will not be people who are easily offended at the darts of the enemy through accusation, slander, gossip or even lies. They will not be wounded by words. They will be committed people to the cause of Christ – which is to bring healing to those who are sick.

·        They shall enter in the windows like a thief – They will have one purpose in mind – to take back the territory of what the enemy has stolen. They will rejoice when sinners are saved and people are healed. They are hungry for the glory of the Lord.

The Lord Shall Utter His Voice; For the Camp is Great

Joel says the Lord will go before this army and utter His voice. NO WEAPON formed against this army shall prosper. NO weapon of accusation, slander, gossip will bring down its purpose. The word says, "He is STRONG that executes His word." Wounded healers are people who know both the power of the WORD and the SPIRIT. They recognize that without the word, the spirit cannot bring order to things of confusion. They also recognize that without the Spirit, the word becomes death because the letter "killeth," but the "spirit gives life."

2 Cor 3:5-11 - Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;

6          Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

7          But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away:

8          How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious?

9          For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory.

10         For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excelleth.

11         For if that which is done away was glorious, much more that which remaineth is glorious.

Joel then goes on to say later on in this same chapter that the Lord will have pity on His people and will bring restoration to them. What the enemy has stolen from them – God will restore.

For he hath given you the former and the latter rain – There is about to be an outpouring of God’s Spirit unparalleled in human or church history. We can either fall in line with this or we can stand against it like some did in the book of Acts. Even the heathen philosopher Gamiel said that men need be careful for in resisting the Holy Spirit, you may well be resisting God Himself – AND WHO WANTS TO DO THAT?

Acts 7:51-52 - Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye.

52         Which of the prophets have not your fathers persecuted? and they have slain them which shewed before of the coming of the Just One; of whom ye have been now the betrayers and murderers:

Acts 7:57-60 - Then they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and ran upon him with one accord,

58         And cast him out of the city, and stoned him: and the witnesses laid down their clothes at a young man's feet, whose name was Saul.

59         And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.

60         And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.

Acts 5:37-39 - After this man rose up Judas of Galilee in the days of the taxing, and drew away much people after him: he also perished; and all, even as many as obeyed him, were dispersed.

38         And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought:

39         But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God.

Acts 23:9 - And there arose a great cry: and the scribes that were of the Pharisees' part arose, and strove, saying, We find no evil in this man: but if a spirit or an angel hath spoken to him, let us not fight against God.

It is ashamed that heathens understand the futility of fighting against God more than most Christians. You may not understand everything there is to know about the Holy Spirit. NONE OF US DO. But you are a fool if you set yourself in direct opposition to the moving and operation of the Lord’s Spirit in these last days. Many preachers and leaders will give an account at the Judgment Seat of Christ for robbing the Lord Jesus of glory He could have received from healing many in our care because of our own spiritual prejudices and traditions. It was not the prostitutes, drunkards or immoral who stoned Stephen that day nor was it those people who nailed Jesus to the cross – it was organized religion. If the scene were shifted to today, I wonder if the outcome would be any different? This is why our nation is plunging headlong into a dark oblivion – the church is not making any difference in the society we live in. Sadly, at the same time, we are labeling what is of God of Satan and applauding that which is really of Satan to be of God.

I Will Restore Health to the Wounded Outcasts

Jer 30:17-20 - For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.

18         Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will bring again the captivity of Jacob's tents, and have mercy on his dwellingplaces; and the city shall be builded upon her own heap, and the palace shall remain after the manner thereof.

19         And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.

20         Their children also shall be as aforetime, and their congregation shall be established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them.

Jeremiah takes the theme of Joel even farther and speaks of a time when the Lord will heal the wounds of the outcasts. Many who will march in this last days’ army will be people who have been rejected by the so-called church. They will be people who are not seeking political advancement in denominations or worried about what people think of them. They will not seek the glory of men and the praises of men, but only the glory of God.

Out of them shall proceed thanksgiving – Wounded healers are not critical people, they only have praise and thanksgiving in their mouth. They don’t murmur and complain about how unfair life has treated them. They have been set free and recognize that the mercy of the Lord is covering them.

The voice of them that make merry – This army will be a people who know the joy of the Lord is their strength no matter the circumstance. When everyone else is wallowing in self-pity, you will hear the army of the wounded healers making merry with their mouths.

I will multiply them, they shall not be few – There is going to be a great ingathering as the result of the MARCH OF THE WOUNDED HEALERS. Devil, we’re coming for your kingdom. Devil, the alcoholic is about to be set free. The drug addict is about to be set free. The Satan worshipper is about to start worshipping God. The blasphemer is about to preach the gospel. The abuser and homosexual are going to be examples of purity. WHY? Not because we have told them to turn or burn, but because through the hurts and wounds of our own life, we will walk in spiritual authority and allow the HOLY SPIRIT to use us as instruments of healing. GLORY TO GOD!

Their children shall be as aforetime – The cycle of hurt and wounds will be stopped with this generation. This march of the wounded healers will not allow the hurts of their lives to be carried on in their children and their grandchildren. They will allow the GRACE of the Lord Jesus to heal them of these bondages. Our children will walk free of those hurts we have carried around for years. Reconciliation will take place between fathers who haven’t seen their sons. Reconciliation will take place between husbands and wives on the brink of divorce. We’re going to see the GLORY OF THE LORD JESUS revealed in this last hour unlike we have ever seen it revealed before.

Repairers of the Breach

Isa 58:10-12 - And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noonday:  And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.  And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shall raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

Gal 6:1 - Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

Wounded healers will be people who will be called "repairers of the breach." They will do this according to the word of the Lord:

·        Build the old waste places

·        Raise up the foundations of many generations

·        Called "the repairer of the breach, the restorer of paths to dwell in.

The old waste places are places our lives that have become waste dumps. Most of us have places of this nature. Our past has been filled with hurts, rejections, wounds and darkness. The army of the wounded healers will be people who will be builders, not destroyers. They will be intercessors and encouragers not faultfinders, backbiters and murmurers. THIS IS THE ARMY GOD IS RAISING UP. We will raise up the foundations of many generations to come. THIS IS THE HARVEST generation and we are going to see the Lord move in ways some of us have never seen Him move before. This is going to happen and it’s going to happen soon. We will be called repairers, not destroyers.  Paul takes up this theme is Galatians when he says, "if you are spiritual," then you will be one who RESTORES in the spirit of meekness, considering yourself, lest you also be tempted. Most of our "spirituality" is nothing more than dead religion. But true Christianity sets people free. Religion puts men in bondage.

Luke 10:30-37 - And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead. And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side. But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him, And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him. And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spends more, when I come again, I will repay thee. Which now of these three, thinks thou, was neighbor unto him that fell among the thieves? And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.

Mal 4:2-6 - But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

The road of life is going to be filled with people who have been robbed and stripped by the enemy. In the story Jesus told us in Luke, the Levite and the Priest came and looked on this man and passed by on the other side. We have a serious choice to make today. Are we going to be Christians in name only and carry around our wounds and hurts like a sore thumb or are we going to be like the Samaritan and pour oil into the wounds of others. I believe this Samaritan even though the Bible doesn’t say it more than likely had been in this situation himself. As he saw the man laying on the side of the street, he saw himself. HE SHOWED MERCY ON HIM.

In this hour before Jesus comes, we can show mercy or we can show judgment. We can be an army of complainers or we can become an army of wounded healers. Jesus is wanting to arise with healing in His wings in this final hour before He comes. Will we let Him arise in our hearts and make us instruments of healing? I pray we do, for this is the key to revival in America in these precious moments before Jesus comes. God Bless.
